West Palm Beach, FL – February 20, 2006 – On the day that we are to remember two of our greatest presidents George Washington and Abraham Lincoln, ‘The People’s President’ Daniel Imperato took the time to recollect what made America great and where America needs to go in order to get back there.

“America has always been the land of the free and the home of the brave, not the land of defeat and the home of the afraid. We are a nation that was built upon character and freedom, and it is during these times that we must rely on that character and freedom to restore our position as the world’s leader,” stated Imperato.

Imperato, a man who has used more than rhetoric, but has utilized his ties around the world to gain support for the United States and mount a substantial campaign for 2008.

“I stand here today, on President’s Day, as one man, a private citizen, and an American. But more importantly, I stand here today with the resolve of our two great presidents Washington and Lincoln and with the support of our nation. The road to recovery and reform will be long and tough, but so was American independence and so was abolition. As Americans, we will stay strong and as Americans we shall endure,” expressed Imperato.

Recently, Imperato has garnered strong international support for his campaign with endorsements from around the world.

“Through my travels around the globe, it has become apparent to me that America is not well-received. We are not well-received out of envy, for the great country that America is. We are not well-received because of the lack of respect that our leadership has shown the world and the lack of understanding that we have of their cultures. We need to recognize that we are in a global society, with global problems, that requires global attention,” explained Imperato.

Imperato finished his statement with the following remarks, “Recently, there have been naysayers that state that a third party candidate cannot be a serious contender. The Democrats and Republicans will not allow somebody outside their culture of corruption to be a leader in America. Well here is what I say to those people. I say that it is about time there was a third party candidate that is not entrenched in favors promised to special interests. I say that the Democrats and Republicans may have the House, and they may have the Senate. But the Democrats and Republicans don’t have the people. And the people is where the power is, and as ‘The People’s President’ all I have to say is one thing…1600 Pennsylvania Avenue, Here We Come!”
